Description
Christie Bear is a traditional teddy mascot, produced by CWC for The Christie Charity.
The Christie is one of Europe’s largest single site cancer hospitals and treats over 44,000 patients each year. They are leading the way in medical research, helping to save countless lives in the fight against cancer. Based in South Manchester, The Christie Charity provides information and support to patients and their families. Most importantly, it also raises vital funds for further research and facilities for the hospital. The Charity selected plush sandy fur for their bear, and we made them a full-fur body and lightweight ABS head, and can sometimes be seen wearing a Christie-Branded t-shirt. The Christie is a much loved hospital and charity across Manchester doing really important work, and their bear mascot helps them to be seen at big events such as the Great Manchester Run.

Each character we have ordered has been of incredible quality and detail and have been well received by everyone who sees them. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and a delight to work with and no doubt we will be using them as often as we can again in the future.”
