Mr Tickle can never suppress an irresistible urge to tickle everyone within his reach. Because of his extraordinarily long arms this covers a very, very wide range. He’s a mischievous character but kind at heart and he’s always willing to use those long arms of his to help people. He is part of the original Mr Men and Little Miss series of books created by Roger Hargreaves in 1971.
In 2011, Sanrio (the creators of Hello Kitty) acquired the licensing rights to the Mr Men and Little Miss characters from Chorion. Costumes With Character produce her exclusively for the license holders Sanrio. Mr Tickle is an oval, orange, inanimate, antron fleece-covered character with long wiggly arms, a blue hat and a huge friendly smile.
