The Policeman is based on the Happyland figure and was produced as a costume character in 2012 for Early Learning Centre and Mothercare to help promote the toy brand aimed at toddlers and young children. He is a friendly officer with a smiley face and brown fleece hair.
The Policeman wears a uniform that consists of a dark blue fleece helmet with the silver police badge on the front and a silver band; a dark blue jacket with silver button, pockets and a black belt fastened around the waist with a silver buckle. He also wears dark blue fleece trousers, black vinyl boots and a black tie over a pale blue shirt.
