GDPR ensures that any personal and private data you provide to us will not be passed onto any other individual or company and will deleted if requested by yourself.

Information gathered by organisations such as Google in relation to our Google Analytics and Google Ad words campaigns will only consist of generalised geographical information and the words used in the search, number and which pages are visited.

Your private information will not be made available to other organisations and CWC expressly forbids the capture of specific personalised date by other organisations in relation to our clients.

The information you provide to CWC is private and will only be used by CWC in relation to contacting you in relation to your enquiry.

If, during our correspondence, we proceed to work together, we will continue to use your information to make contact with you in relation to the projects for which we have been contracted.

We will store your information for up to 7 years (The 7 years is based purely on the length of time companies are required to retain information by the HRMC (6 years) and additional period to cover any discrepancies regarding spilt financial years) at which point your information will be destroyed/deleted from our system.

Any personal/private information will be held on a secure/encrypted system

If you wish for us to delete /destroy your personal/private information before 7 years then please email us on and we will securely remove your information from our files.

Your information is held for the purpose of making contact with yourself and the company you work for in relation to the mascot business we operate and this information is private and will not be passed onto a third party for any reason.
